Luanne Wainwright–Erskine
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Practice Alternatives, Luanne is responsible for all facets of the business. Luanne is a long term member of the management team having spent 15 years on the technology side as well as the practice management/revenue cycle management side of the business. Luanne's 25+ years' experience in the industry, and mastery of our systems, serve as a tremendous asset in assisting clients with all their business needs.
Luanne is a current member of the NJ MGMA. She graduated from Holy Family University with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
Ken Nesbihal
Chairman & President
Ken Nesbihal is an important member of the New Jersey health care industry. He is chairman and president of Practice Alternatives, Inc. and it's subsidiaries. Ken has founded, owned and managed numerous health care companies involved in medical practice management, asset and financial management, radiology centers and surgery centers.
Prior to going into the private sector, he spent 20 years working in medical centers and hospitals in a variety of offices leading to a position as Vice President of Development in the Franciscan Health System. He is a graduate of Fordham University, holding a Masters Degree in Research, and a graduate of St. Peter's College, holding a BS in Psychology.
James Sullivan
Vice President, Founder and President of Great Valley
Technologies
Jim manages the business operations of Great Valley Technologies, Inc. (GVT), the technology division of PAI. The original developer of the REXPERT Practice Management System, Jim brings a unique background to the practice management marketplace in his ability to connect the capabilities of expert logic systems and management issues. This has surely given PAI the advantage when designing IT solutions according to practice needs, pairing technological capability with pragmatic know-how. Rexpert improves payer turnaround and reduces the labor cost associated with medical management.
Prior to GVT/PAI, Jim spent over 20 years with various healthcare technology companies. Jim is a graduate of Drexel University, holding a BS in Management.
Anne Disney
Lead Software Engineer
Anne has worked with Great Valley Technologies since 1991 and is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining the Rexpert and AuroraEHR software. Her interest in designing software that adapts as far as possible to users' existing clinical workflows and her drive for clear and timely communication between users and developers keeps our products moving forward in the most useful possible directions.
She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science, and from the University of Hawaiʻi with a Master's degree in Information and Computer Science. While there, she was a research assistant with the Collaborative Software Development Laboratory
Joe Thomasey
Director of Operations
Joe has been with Practice Alternatives since 2007. He oversees operations across PAI’s business units and leads operational enhancements necessary to organize and streamline processes to optimize efficiency and efficacy. His extensive knowledge of the technical side of business allows practices to stay ahead in the ever changing healthcare environment.
Joe is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE). He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Saint Joseph's University.
