One of the greatest challenges Practice Managers face today, is to continually maximize reimbursement for services provided.

The key is finding the optimum ways to utilize billing codes, modifiers and billing techniques to ensure premium results. The ability to properly submit and collect the appropriate fees on all services provided is integral to the practice success.

As part of the joint effort, the PAI staff would be responsible for handling the billing and collection of services provided. The data entry process would still occur at your office, but the billing functions would take place remotely at one of our offices under the direction of an experienced practice manager.

While billing would occur at an alternate location, the practice would remain in control through a shared database model. All information would be available to the practice, leaving the banking functions to the discretion of the client practice.

Client Management is kept abreast of all progress via monthly reports and periodic management meetings. During these meetings, performance is evaluated from the prior month. PAI is a useful resource to implement new procedures that allow the facility to streamline processes and increase productivity.
