Autocall by PAM 2000: Is an automated appointment reminder call system, available for purchase as an in-house Rexpert integrated system or provided as a service. The PAM 2000 autocall system pulls all appointments directly from the Rexpert scheduler during a specified period and sends out a phone call reminding the patient of their upcoming appointment.- The systems message can be a generic message or customized with the voice of a member from your practice.
- Autocall can distinguish between a busy signal, no answer, disconnected number or an answering machine.
- System messages can be delivered in English, Spanish or French
- Patient calls can be designated to go out when and how you want
As a system, PAM 2000 has an easy to use interface, that allows an employee to import all scheduled appointments to call in far less time than it would take to make the call. As a service, an experienced member of our staff would perform all daily downloads of scheduled appointments to be called. Clients are charged a per call fee for all completed calls.
