Medinotes - Charting Plus
Practice Alternatives, Inc. has worked with several of our clients to provide a solution to integrate an Electronic Medical Record system with our own Rexpert practice management software. Our clients selected Charting Plus by Medinotes. Through our Rexpert-Medinotes interface, clients can experience a seamless transfer of data between systems, saving valuable time by eliminating the need for double entry of patient data.
- Demographic interface - All patient accounts entered in Rexpert automatically create patient chart in Medinotes.
- Billing Interface - As physician documents patient visit, Medinotes will provide proper E&M codes and will allow for physician to enter all necessary billing info, eliminating the need to use patient encounter forms/superbills. Charges created in Medinotes are pulled back into Rexpert, eliminating the need for staff to key charges.
Integrating an electronic medical record into your practice is a significant undertaking requiring investments in capital and overhauls to the workflow of office personell.
