Ken Nesbihal
Founder/President
Ken is an active and important member of the New Jersey Healthcare Industry. Currently Ken holds the following positions: Manager of The Access Center at Clifton & West Orange, LLC, medical interventional radiology company facilities, owner of New Jersey Vein and Cosmetic Surgery Center, Chief Executive Officer of Millburn Medical Imaging, PA, a professional radiology group, and Managing Partner of Millburn Leasing Associates, LP, a medical asset leasing company
Prior to going into the private sector, he spent 20 years in medical centers and hospitals in a variety of positions culminating as Vice President/Development in the Franciscan Health System. He is a graduate of Fordham University, holding a Masters Degree in Research, and a graduate of St. Peter’s College, holding a BS in Psychology. Also, he is a Member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
James Sullivan
Vice President/Founder of Great Valley Technologies
Jim manages the business operations of Great Valley Technologies, Inc. (GVT), the technology division of PAI. The original developer of the REXPERT Practice Management System, Jim brings a unique background to the practice management marketplace in his ability to connect the capabilities of expert logic systems and management issues. This has surely given PAI the advantage when designing IT solutions according to practice needs, pairing technological capability with pragmatic know-how. Rexpert improves payer turnaround and reduces the labor cost associated with medical management.
Prior to GVT/PAI, Jim spent over 20 years with various healthcare technology companies. Jim is a graduate of Drexel University, holding a BS in Management.
Jeffrey Turek
Vice President of Development
Jeff manages the business operations of all PAI units and responsible for oversight and development of all PAI companies and business affiliates. He has more than 15 years experience in radiology management including 11 years with the Johns Hopkins Health System.
Jeff is a graduate of Temple University’s Executive MBA Program, a graduate of University of Baltimore, holding a B.S. in management and an A.A. Degree in nuclear medicine technology. Also, he is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and American Hospital Radiology Administrators.
Phil Grassia
Director of Operations and Business Development
Phil manages the business development operations of PAI business units. Previously, Phil was Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Division of Premier Ambulatory Systems, Inc., Vice President for Ambulatory Care Services for Phoenix Memorial Health System, and President of Monmouth Health Management at Monmouth Medical Center.
Phil received his MBA in Business Management from Boston University and is a retired Medical Service Corps Colonel from the US Army. Also, he is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives, a Member of the Medical Group Management Association, and a Surveyor for the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).
Luanne Wainwright-Erskine
Director of Billing Operations
Luanne has recently joined the management team at PAI after spending several years contributing to operations at Great Valley Technologies, our technology division. Luanne first joined GVT in 1997 as a Client Service Analyst assisting practices in varying capacities of consulting as well as setting up new practices and supporting existing clients.
Prior to GVT and PAI, Luanne spent 9-years as the Practice Manager of a multi-physician/practice group. Luanne’s first hand experience and mastery of our systems, position her to greatly help our clients with all of their needs.
Luanne graduated Magna Cum Laude from Holy Family University with Bachelors in Management Information Systems in 1988.
Janine Prochnow
VTX Trancription Services Manager
Janine was recently named the Manager for Voicetext after serving as the supervisor for 5-years. With Voicetext Janine’s experience has been with hospital medical records, private practice and outpatient hospital services including a wide variety of disciplines of medical transcription.
Janine has 25 years experience in the medical transcription industry. Work experience includes 15 years in the hospital radiology setting at Centra State Medical Center. Specialties include transcription of all modalities of radiology including MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine and interventional radiology.
Janine is a graduate of The Bryman School majoring in Medical Office Management.
