HISTORY
Practice Alternatives, Inc (PAI) has always had a focus on physicians. From our beginning as a consulting group providing management services to Radiologists, our services have expanded as a result of client needs and requests. From a need for improved billing and collections grew Practical Billing Solutions (PBS). Out of frustration with our software vendors and desire for improved support and flexibility we acquired Great Valley Technologies (GVT), a medical software development group. In response to clients needs for patient reports we acquired Voicetext (VTX), a NJ based Transcription company.
